By engaging Spot On Websites ("we," "us," "our") for website design and development services, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Service Description

Spot On Websites provides:

• 7-Page Conversion Core Website: A professional, mobile-optimized website including Home, About, Service Main page, Contact Us, and 3 Service Detail pages for your key offerings
• Delivery Timeline: 7 business days from receiving your completed onboarding form and logo files
• Total Investment: $997 (Portfolio Builder Rate - Strictly Limited)
• No Monthly Fees: You own the website outright with no ongoing hosting or maintenance fees required from us

3. No BS Policy - "7 Days or It's Free"

We deliver what we say, when we say. Your website will be completed within 7 business days from receiving your onboarding form and logo, or you get it for FREE.

Delivery Timeline Starts When:

• We receive your completed onboarding form
• We receive your logo files

Once we have both items, your 7 business day countdown begins.

Our 7-day guarantee is valid when:

• You provide any additional requested content and media within 24 hours of our request
• You respond to our questions and feedback requests within 48 hours
• You do not request major scope changes after project commencement

If we miss the 7-day deadline due to delays on our end: You get the completed website for FREE. No balance payment required ($897 waived). We keep the $100 deposit to cover our time and costs. You still get a $997 website for just $100.

If delays occur due to late content provision, scope changes, or lack of communication from your side: The 7-day guarantee is paused, and the delivery timeline will be extended accordingly. We will communicate any timeline changes immediately.

4. Payment Terms

Two-Step Payment Structure:

• Step 1: $100 deposit to secure your build week and initiate the project
• Step 2: $897 balance payable only after you review and approve the completed website

All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

5. The "7 Days or Free" Guarantee

We guarantee your website will be completed within 7 business days from receiving your completed onboarding form and logo files.

Timeline Start Date:

• The 7 business day countdown begins when we have received BOTH your completed onboarding form AND your logo files
• We will confirm the official start date via email
• Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays

If we miss the 7-day deadline due to delays on our end:

• We complete your website at no additional charge beyond the $100 deposit
• The $897 balance is waived - you do NOT pay it
• We keep the $100 deposit to cover our time and costs
• You receive a $997 website for just $100

Timeline Conditions: The 7-day guarantee is valid provided you:

• Provide any additional requested content and media within 24 hours of our request
• Respond to our questions and feedback within 48 hours
• Do not request major scope changes after project commencement

Timeline Pauses: If you are late providing requested materials or unresponsive to our communications, the 7-day timeline is paused until you respond. We will document all delays and communicate timeline adjustments.

We're that confident in our ability to deliver. If we don't meet our promise, you get a massive discount.

6. Deposit & Refund Policy

The $100 deposit secures your build slot and initiates the project.

Deposit is refundable ONLY if:

• You cancel before we begin work on your website (before we receive your onboarding form and logo)
• We are unable to complete the project for any reason that is entirely our fault (e.g., we go out of business, technical impossibility)

Deposit is non-refundable in ALL other circumstances, including:

• Once we have started work on your website (after receiving onboarding form and logo)
• If we miss the 7-day delivery deadline (you still get the website for FREE per Section 5, but we keep the $100 deposit)
• If the website is delivered within 7 business days and meets the service description
• If delays are caused by late content provision or lack of communication from your side
• If you request scope changes that extend the timeline beyond 7 days
• If you decide you don't want to proceed after we've completed the website

Balance Payment: You only pay the $897 balance after reviewing and approving the completed website. If we miss the 7-day deadline (per Section 5), you do not pay the balance.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

• Provide all required content, images, logos, and business information promptly
• Respond to our communications within 48 hours
• Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure all content provided is accurate, legal, and does not infringe on third-party rights

8. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You Own Everything:

• Upon full payment, you own 100% of the website, content, and design
• You can host it anywhere, modify it, or hire anyone to maintain it
• No lock-in contracts or ongoing fees

Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase your website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise.

9. Scope Changes & Additional Work

9.1 Service Scope Definition

The $997 package includes a pre-coded, high-converting website customized for your business.

What IS Included:

• Replacing stock images with your provided images
• Updating text and content within the existing page structure
• Minor content adjustments to fit your business
• Customizing the 7-page pre-coded website with your business information
• Site colors derived from your logo

What is NOT Included:

• Adding new pages beyond the 7-page structure
• Custom color or theme changes (site colors are derived from your logo)
• Custom design modifications or unique layouts
• Custom CSS coding or advanced functionality
• Complete redesigns or structural changes
• Building features from scratch

Important: You are paying for a proven, high-converting pre-coded website that works. We have invested significant time and resources building and testing this system. Any requests beyond this scope will require additional fees and timeline extensions, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

9.2 Additional Work & Scope Changes

The service includes what's described in Section 2 and Section 9.1 above. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Major Scope Changes: If you request significant changes to the project scope after commencement, we reserve the right to:

• Provide a quote for additional work
• Extend the delivery timeline accordingly
• Decline the request if it falls outside our service offering

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

We Warrant That:

• The website will be built to professional standards
• The website will be mobile-responsive and SEO-optimized
• All deliverables will match the service description

We Do Not Warrant:

• Specific search engine rankings or traffic levels
• Specific revenue or lead generation results (outcomes depend on many factors including your service quality, pricing, and market conditions)
• Compatibility with every possible browser, device, or future technology

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the total amount paid by you.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

12. Support & Maintenance

After delivery and payment:

• 30-Day Support: We provide 30 days of free email support for technical issues or questions
• Bug Fixes: We fix any bugs or technical issues at no charge within the first 30 days
• Ongoing Support: Optional support packages available for ongoing maintenance and updates

13. Cancellation & Termination

Before Work Begins: You may cancel before we start work on your website. Your $100 deposit will be refunded in full.

After Work Has Started: Once we've begun work on your website, the deposit is non-refundable except under the conditions outlined in Section 6.

After Project Completion: Once the website is delivered within the 7-day timeframe and meets the service description, the deposit is non-refundable. You choose whether to pay the balance and proceed.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to clients who are abusive, provide false information, or violate these terms.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws (or other applicable laws) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

17. Entire Agreement
